Ford Fusion: Exterior Lighting / Headlamp Bulb. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
The procedure for the LH headlamp assembly is shown, the RH headlamp assembly is similar.

Low beam headlamp bulb
NOTE:
LH is shown, RH is similar.

NOTE:

Remove the low beam headlamp cover

Remove the low beam headlamp bulb.
-
Disconnect the bulb electrical connector.
-
Rotate the bulb and release the bulb.
High beam headlamp bulb
NOTE:
LH is shown, RH is similar.

Remove the high beam headlamp cover
-
Remove the high beam headlamp bulb.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Rotate the bulb and release the bulb.
Turn signal lamp bulb
NOTE:
LH is shown, RH is similar.

Remove the headlamp assembly.
Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).

Remove the turn signal lamp bulb.
-
Remove the turn signal bulb holder.
-
Separate the turn signal bulb from the bulb holder.
Installation

To install individual bulbs, reverse the removal procedure.
