Ford Fusion: Front Seats / Front Seat Track. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
Note the wire harness routing for installation purposes.

Remove the front seat backrest.
Refer to: Front Seat Backrest (501-10A Front Seats, Removal and Installation).

Remove the front seat cushion cover.
Refer to: Front Seat Cushion Cover (501-10A Front Seats, Removal and Installation).

NOTE:
Passenger seat only.
Detach the front pin-type retainers, lift the bladder and feed the OCS hose and sensor out from between the front seat cushion support wires.

NOTE:
Passenger seat only.

Disconnect the OCS sensor electrical connector, release the tab and remove the OCS sensor.

Route the OCS sensor and hose through the front seat cushion suspension wires.
Installation

NOTE:
Transfer components to the new front seat track as necessary.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Removal
Remove the front seat.
Refer to: Front Seat (501-10A Front Seats, Removal and Installation).
Detach the electrical connector retainers and position the wire harnesses aside...
