Removal

  1. Refer to: Front Door Glass Top Run (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the retainers and front door fixed window glass.

  1. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

    Using a flat bladed screwdriver, gently compress the snap tabs from top to bottom, while applying outward pressure on the division bar cap.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Perform the power door window initialization.
    Refer to: Power Door Window Initialization (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, General Procedures).
