Removal
NOTE:
LH windshield wiper motor shown, RH windshield wiper motor similar.
NOTE:

Remove the cowl panel.
Refer to: Cowl Panel Grille (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

Remove the windshield wiper motor.

Disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector.

Remove the bolts and the windshield wiper motor.
Torque:
62 lb.in (7 Nm)
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the upper rain sensor cover.
Squeeze the upper rain sensor cover.
Remove the upper rain sensor cover.
Remove the lower rain sensor cover...

Checking the Wiper Blades
Run the tip of your fingers over the edge of
the blade to check for roughness.
Clean the wiper blades with washer fluid
or water applied with a soft sponge or
cloth.

Principle of Operation
