Ford Fusion: Parking Aid / Rear Parking Aid Sensor. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:

Remove the rear bumper cover.
Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the rear parking aid sensor harness from the rear bumper cover reinforcement.

Remove the retainers, release the tabs and remove the rear bumper cover reinforcement.

Remove the rear parking aid sensor.
-
Disconnect the rear parking aid sensor electrical connector.
-
Release the tabs.
-
Remove the rear parking aid sensor from the bracket.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Carry out the azimuth and elevation system checks.
