Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the FCIM.
Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) (415-00C) .

- Remove the bolts and the FDIM.
  Torque: 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Ford Fusion. Front Display Interface Module (FDIM). Removal and Installation

NOTE: This step is only necessary if replacing the FDIM.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the screws and separate the APIM from the FDIM.
  Torque: 9 lb.in (1 Nm)

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
