Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Open the floor console stowage bin lid.

On both sides.
Release the clips and remove the floor console upper side finish panels.

Release the clips and remove the instrument panel center finish panel.

Remove the screws, release the clips and remove the floor console upper finish panel.

Remove the screws, release the clips and position the
floor console upper support to access the brake shift interlock override
switch.

Detach the power point from the console panel to access the brake shift interlock override switch.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the bolt and remove the brake shift interlock override switch.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Adjustment
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and apply the parking brake.
Using the diagnostic scan tool select the cable adjustment mode...
