Ford Fusion: Wipers and Washers / Windshield Washer Reservoir. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the cap.

Remove the RH side Fender Splash Shield.
Refer to: Fender Splash Shield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

Remove the bolts, the retainers and the front underbody shield.

Remove the retainers and position aside the front bumper cover.
-
NOTICE:
Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
NOTE:
Front bumper cover removed for clarity.
Remove the windshield washer reservoir.

If equipped.
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Remove the retainers.
-
Remove the bolts.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)

Remove the windshield washer reservoir.
Installation
-
NOTE:
Transfer parts as necessary.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Short to voltage
