Ford Fusion: Cruise Control / Cruise Control Module (CCM). Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Release the CCM grommets from the ball studs.
-
To install, align the CCM after installation.
Refer to: Cruise Control Radar Alignment (419-03A Cruise Control, General Procedures).

Remove the active grille shutter.
Refer to: Active Grille Shutter (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

Remove the CCM bracket bolts.
Torque:
20 lb.ft (27 Nm)

Remove the CCM bracket.
-
Remove the CCM bracket nut.
Torque:
80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Remove the CCM bracket bolt.
Torque:
80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Slide the CCM bracket out of the front bumper slot.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
