NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the retainers and the radiator sight shield.

Remove the upper radiator guide pins and support the radiator using cable ties.
Use the General Equipment: Cable Ties

Drain the cooling system.
Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding (303-03A Engine Cooling - 1.5L EcoBoost (118kW/160PS) – I4, General Procedures).

Both sides.
Remove the lower radiator support bolts and release the clips.
Torque:
18 lb.ft (24 Nm)

Remove the lower radiator support.
-
Release the clamps, disconnect the coolant hoses and the electrical connector.
Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

Remove the bolts and the CAC radiator.
Torque:
53 lb.in (6 Nm)
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
