Ford Fusion: Parking Aid - Vehicles With: Active Park Assist / Active Park Assist Switch. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Open the floor console stowage bin lid.
   

1. On both sides.
   Detach the clips and remove the floor console upper side finish panels.
   

1. Detach the clips and remove the instrument panel center finish panel.
   

1. Remove the screws, detach the clips, disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the upper floor console finish panel.
   

1. Release the tabs and remove the active park assist switch.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
