Removal

Remove the push pins and the RH insulation panel.

Ford Fusion. Passenger Side Temperature Door Actuator. Removal and Installation

Remove the glove compartment.
Refer to: Glove Compartment (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the retainers and the passenger side temperature door actuator.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Align levels, and make sure fiber washers are in place.
