Removal
NOTICE:
The turbocharger compressor vanes can be damaged by even the
smallest particles. When removing any turbocharger or engine air intake
system component, ensure that no debris enters the system. Failure to
do so may result in damage to the turbocharger.
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the bolts, disconnect the IAT sensor electrical connector and detach the wiring harness retainers.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)

Loosen the clamp, disconnect the air cleaner outlet
pipe from the air cleaner and remove the air cleaner assembly.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)
Installation
-
Inspect the turbocharger or engine air intake system components and clean, if necessary.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Vertical Alignment
NOTE:
In order to align the CCM,
the front bumper cover must be removed to access the sensor and the
vehicle must be in a wheel alignment bay station so that the vehicle is
level.
NOTE:
Damage to the CCM bracket may affect correct alignment...
Cleaning

Do not bleach or re-dye the seatbelt webbing, as the webbing
may weaken. Failure to follow this instruction may increase the risk of
serious personal injury or death in a crash.
