Removal

NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

Release the retainers and remove the instrument panel side trim panel.

1. Position aside the front door weatherstrip.
1. Release the lower retainers.
1. Release the upper retainers and remove the upper cowl side trim panel.

1. Disconnect tether clip from bracket.
1. Rotate tether clip to align with opening.
1. Disconnect tether clip from trim panel.

1. Disconnect tether clip from bracket.
1. Release the tether clip tab.
1. Disconnect tether clip from trim panel.

Release the tabs and remove the A-pillar trim panel.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Adjusting the Steering Wheel

WARNING: Do not adjust the steering wheel when your vehicle is moving.

Note: Make sure that you are sitting in the correct position.
