Ford Fusion: Front Disc Brake / Front Brake Flexible Hose. Removal and Installation
Removal

Remove the wheel ant tire.
Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04A Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

Remove the flow bolt and detach the front brake hose. Discard the washers.
Torque:
18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Disconnect the brake tube fitting.
Torque:
159 lb.in (18 Nm)
-
Remove the brake flexible hose bracket bolt, the clip and the brake flexible hose.
Torque:
159 lb.in (18 Nm)
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Bleed the brake system.

Fuses
WARNING: Always replace a fuse
with one that has the specified
amperage rating. Using a fuse with a
higher amperage rating can cause severe
wire damage and could start a fire.
If electrical components in the vehicle are
not working, a fuse may have blown. Blown
fuses are identified by a broken wire within
the fuse. Check the appropriate fuses
