Ford Fusion: Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and Stability Control / Front Wheel Speed Sensor. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the wheel and tire.
   Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04A Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring retainers.
   

1. NOTE: Make sure that the sensor housing is clean and free of foreign material.

   Remove the bolt and the front wheel speed sensor.
   Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
